In the event that it is discovered that a stakeholders has failed to comply with any of the clauses established in this policy, HenkoSupply will have the right to terminate the business relationship immediately and without prejudice to any other available legal remedy.

HenkoSupply agrees that continued regulatory compliance and the reduction of criminal risk are fundamental to the successful execution of the existing business relationship. HenkoSupply undertakes to review and update this policy in the event of any organizational or activity change in order to guarantee its validity and effectiveness.
