6. Coordination with HenkoSupply

 

HenkoSupply undertakes to fully cooperate with its stakeholders in the event of internal or external investigations related to illegal or unethical activities involving both parties.

7. Termination of Contract

In the event that it is discovered that any stakeholder has failed to comply with any of the clauses established in this policy, HenkoSupply will have the right to terminate the commercial relationship immediately and without prejudice to any other available legal remedy.

8. Ongoing Regulatory Compliance

​

The parties agree that continued regulatory compliance and the reduction of criminal risk are fundamental to the successful execution of the existing business relationship.

HenkoSupply undertakes to review and update this policy in the event of any organizational or activity change in order to guarantee its validity and effectiveness.
